Cancellation and Refund Policy
General Shipping Rules:
All orders placed post 5:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch within 24 hours only and delivered to you as per the given timelines. Any order placed/booked on a late weekend, i.e. on Saturday post 5:00 pm, will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or the next working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or any Government Holiday; hence we have restricted dispatch timelines.
Orders booked during any festival month might be delayed in dispatch/delivery compared to their expected delivery timelines due to several reasons like shortage of stock and overloaded shipments for delivery. Shipping Details while booking should be correct, and any delay in delivery due to incorrect details will be the customer’s sole responsibility only.
Shipping Charges:
- A fixed shipping charge of Rs.50.00 will be charged per order, not as per the item, so you can order as many as you want. There is no restriction for minimum order values.
- A fixed charge of Rs50.00 is applicable on all orders at all locations, with an additional charge will be added at certain locations/products.
- The order level charges will be visible to you in the cart while you checkout your order.
- These shipping charges are not refundable in case of customer return/customer cancellation of the product or the order if the product is already dispatched on our end.
Grievance Cell:
- All product and shipping-related concerns will only be entertained within 24 hours of delivery.
- Pictures/Videos of the concerned are a must. All emails should be marked to Sales@Essentialoilbulk.Com.
Cash on Delivery:
- CoD may be available case-to-case basis and will be notified at the time of purchase.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations:
- The meenaperfumery makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specifications mentioned against each product.
- As a policy, please check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery.
- In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before getting delivery by calling or emailing us. In such cases, we will either exchange the defective or damaged product or provide you with a refund on the original mode of payment within 14 working days.
- Please note that we will only entertain returns or refund requests once delivery has been accepted. All warranty and product-related issues will have to be taken up with the Manufacturer / Brand as per their respective policies. Once an order is processed, the cancellation will not be allowed.
